关于车辆在编组线的减速顶上脱线问题,一直引起同志们的关注,并且说法不一。究竟是何原因使轻车在减速顶上脱线?与减速顶安装位置有关吗?还是其它原因?通过大量的实践和调研,我认为:使轻车在减速顶上脱线不是减速顶固有本质。轻车在减速顶上脱线与否,与其安装位置(内、外侧)无关,而主要取决于它的定压。本文以上海的T·DW外侧顶和哈尔滨的TDJ内侧顶为例,用额定定压计算脱轨系数,从理论上加以分析比较,而不计动态下的其它因素的影响。
The issue of vehicles being off-line on the decelerating top of a marshalling line has drawn the attention and commentary of comrades. What is the reason for the light car off the top of the decelerating overhead? With the installation position of the decelerator? Or other reasons? Through a lot of practice and research, I think: to make the car off the top of the decelerating deceleration is not the inherent nature of decelerating roof . Light car off the line in the deceleration top or not, and its installation location (inside and outside) has nothing to do, but mainly depends on its constant pressure. In this paper, T DW inner roof of Shanghai and TDJ inner roof of Harbin are taken as an example to calculate the derailment coefficient with the rated pressure and to analyze and compare theoretically without considering the influence of other factors under dynamic conditions.
