香菇多糖冲剂5.0g/kg、2.5g/kg给小鼠先ig3d,用60Co-γ射线照时造模,并继续ig给药治疗1W。结果,治疗组小鼠的WBC、RBC和Hb明显高于对照组;用同样剂量给小鼠ig给药4d可保护CCl4引起的急性肝损伤,给药组小鼠sGPT明显低于对照组、说明该香菇多糖冲剂对60Co-γ射线辐射造成的小鼠造血功能损害和CCl4所致的急性肝细胞损伤有显著的保护作用。
Lentinan granules 5.0g/kg, 2.5g/kg to the mice first ig3d, with 60Co-γ-ray irradiation model, and continue ig administration treatment 1W. As a result, the WBC, RBC, and Hb of the treated mice were significantly higher than those of the control group; acute liver injury caused by CCl4 could be protected by ig administration to the mice for 4 days at the same dose, and the sGPT of the mice in the treated group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The lentinan granules have a significant protective effect on hematopoietic function damage caused by 60Co-γ-ray irradiation and acute liver cell damage caused by CCl4.
