我们曾对以有机卤化物与高氯酸银为催化体系引发四氢呋喃(THF)聚合进行了研究,但银盐较贵,且易使产物着色。以钠盐代替银盐可避免这些缺点,Eckstein,Drey fuss曾作过用不同金属离子代替银盐的研究工作,认为除汞盐外,以其它金属盐(包括钠盐)代替银盐时,其结果都使聚合反应变慢,收率也低。我们想了解其聚合慢的原因,并找到提高聚合速度的办法。此外我们还试验了不同催化剂用量对生成链末端基的影响。
We have conducted a study on the polymerization of tetrahydrofuran (THF) catalyzed by organic halides and silver perchlorate, but silver salts are more expensive and tend to color the product. The use of sodium salts instead of silver salts avoids these shortcomings. Eckstein and Dreyfuss have done research on using different metal ions instead of silver salts. It is believed that in addition to mercury salts, when other metal salts, including sodium salts, are used instead of silver salts, As a result, the polymerization reaction was slowed and the yield was low. We want to understand why it is slow to aggregate and find ways to increase the rate of polymerization. In addition, we also tested the effect of different catalyst dosages on the terminal groups of the generated chains.
