目前,在公共关系行业中,人力资源已经成为备受关注的热点问题,专业人才的紧缺严重影响到公关公司的正常运营和行业的健康发展。但在专业公司人才告急的同时,众多高校毕业生却正面临着择业无门的窘境,甚至一些公共关系专业的学生也徘徊在各种招聘会的门外,手持简历却递送无门。如何化解这个矛盾,已不仅仅是专业公司HR人员的问题,也考验着整个公关行业以至教育培训界的智慧。自2006年以来,中国国际公共关系协会在引导高校学生接触公关实务、解决行业人才瓶颈问题方面已经迈出了积极的脚步,协会常务副会长兼秘书长郑砚农在“2006年度理事会工作会议报告”中着重阐述了沟通公关业界与高校的工作思路。为了促成两者之间的互动,2006年10月,首届“中国大学生公共关系策划大赛”正式拉开帷幕,一股认识公关、走进公关的潮流也在校园中蔚然兴起。
At present, in the public relations industry, human resources have become a hot issue of great concern. The shortage of professionals has seriously affected the normal operation of public relations companies and the healthy development of the industry. However, while professionals in the company are in an emergency, many college graduates are facing a dilemma of career choice. Even some public relations majors are hovering outside various job fairs, but their resumes are handy. How to resolve this contradiction has not only been a problem for HR professionals in specialized companies but also the wisdom of the public relations profession as well as the education and training community. Since 2006, the China International Public Relations Association has taken a positive step in guiding college students to get in touch with public relation practice and solve the problem of bottlenecks in the industry. Executive Vice President and Secretary General Zheng Yannong said in the “2006 Working Meeting of the Council ”Focuses on communicating the PR industry and university work ideas. In order to facilitate the interaction between the two, in October 2006, the first “China University Students Public Relations Planning Contest” officially kicked off, an awareness of public relations, into the public relations trend also awe-inspiring on campus.
