本研究以甜瓜杂交新品种‘西州密25号’和‘西州密17号’及其亲本种质为试验材料,利用SSR(simple sequence repeats)分子标记检测技术,并结合大田传统鉴定方法对其种子纯度及真实性进行了分析研究。结果表明,从18对SSR引物中筛选得到多对特异性引物可以鉴定出‘西州密25号’与‘西州密17号’杂交种的纯度。‘西州密25号’三批种子纯度分别为98.42%、99.41%、99.38%;‘西州密17号’的种子纯度为99.22%。SSR分子标记鉴定结果与‘西州密25号’和‘西州密17号’的大田植物学形态特征鉴定结果符合率高达99%以上。SSR分子标记方法可以准确鉴定出杂交种纯度及真实性,且大大缩短鉴定周期,可为开展‘西州密25号’和‘西州密17号’甜瓜新品种的杂交种纯度室内鉴定快速检测提供技术支撑。
In this study, the new varieties of hybrid melon ’Xizhou 25’ and ’Xizhoumi 17’ and their parents germplasm as the test material, the use of SSR (simple sequence repeats) molecular marker detection techniques, combined with the field of traditional identification methods The purity and authenticity of its seeds were analyzed.
