本文研究了奥氏体化温度和时间对18Cr2Ni4WA钢淬火组织和性能的影响。发现奥氏体化条件对其强度和冲击韧性给以显著影响;在一定温度范围内延长保温时间与提高温度具有等效作用;超高温淬火能大幅度提高其冲击韧性。分析表明,这种影响归根到底是与奥氏体化条件对碳化物的溶解。奥氏体的成分及其均匀程度以及奥氏体晶粒尺寸和层错能的影响相联系。文中还注意到先生马氏体和次生马氏体的区别,并对所谓的“岛状”组织进行了讨论。
In this paper, the effect of austenitizing temperature and time on the microstructure and properties of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel was studied. It is found that the austenitizing conditions have a significant effect on the strength and impact toughness; extending the holding time in a certain temperature range has the same effect as increasing the temperature; and the ultra-high temperature quenching can greatly improve the impact toughness. The analysis shows that this effect, in the final analysis, is related to the dissolution of carbides under austenitizing conditions. The composition of austenite and its homogeneity as well as the influence of austenite grain size and stacking fault energy are linked. The text also notes the difference between Mr. Martensitic and secondary martensite and discusses the so-called “island” organization.
