党的十七大报告指出,必须建设高素质的领导干部队伍。随着知识经济的发展,创新对企业的发展至关重要,油田企业比以往任何时候都迫切需要大批创新型领导干部。笔者认为,油田建设高素质的领导干部队伍,应在培养和选拔创新型领导干部上下功夫。
The report of the 17th CPC National Congress pointed out that we must build a contingent of leading cadres with high quality. With the development of knowledge economy, innovation is crucial to the development of enterprises. Oilfield enterprises urgently need a large number of innovative leading cadres than ever before. The author believes that the construction of high-quality contingent of leading cadres in oilfields should make efforts in cultivating and selecting innovative leading cadres.
