长期以来,白口抗磨铸铁的脆性严重阻碍了该材料在磨料磨损场合的广泛使用。白口铸铁碳化物的团球化就是为解决这一问题而进行的研究。用V对白口铸铁铁水进行合金化处理和变质处理发现:当铁水中的V增加到一定量时,铸铁中碳化物呈现出圆整的球状,铸态白口铸铁的韧性大幅度提高;在所试验的含钒白口铸铁中,团球状的碳化物主要是VC。基于以往工作,本文拟用“固体与分子经验电子理论”对含钒白口铸铁的碳化物团球化进行价电子理论探讨。
For a long time, the white brittleness of the wear-resistant cast iron severely hindered the widespread use of the material in abrasive wear applications. White cast iron carbide ball is to solve this problem and the research. The results show that when the content of V in molten iron is increased to a certain amount, the carbides in the cast iron show a rounded shape and the toughness of the cast white cast iron increases greatly. Vanadium-containing white cast iron trial, the ball of spherical carbides is mainly VC. Based on the previous work, this paper intends to use “solid and molecular empirical electronic theory” of vanadium white cast iron carbide ball spheres electron valence theory.
