石门电厂2×300MW机组容克式空气预热器漏风大、且漏风越来越严重,需改造密封系统、降低漏风率。 在理论上分析了空气预热器的热态变形规律后,采用了双密封削弱空气侧与烟气侧漏风压差、扇形板和轴向弧形板与 转子间隙采取自密封、密封片做成“V”形、减小转子中心筒和其他有关部位理论值与实际值偏差的改造方案。对2台 机组空气预热器密封改造后,漏风从20%下降到7%~9%。

Air compressor on the 2 units after the seal modification, air leakage dropped from 20% to 7% to 9%.
