用紫外分光光度计法测定血中茶碱,计算兔静注茶碱后,茶碱药代动力学参数,根据参数进行预期坪水平恒速静滴及指数衰减滴注,结果提示指数衰减滴注的血药浓度实验值与理论值之间无显著性差异。我们推导的函数方程能表达兔指数衰减滴注血药浓度时间变化的规律。指数衰减滴注15min时的血药浓度达预期坪水平的53%相当于恒速静滴6小时的血药浓度。
The theophylline in blood was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The pharmacokinetic parameters of theophylline after intravenous injection of theophylline in rabbits were calculated. According to the parameters, the expected steady-state infusion and exponential decay drip, the results suggest exponential decay instillation There was no significant difference between the experimental and theoretical values of plasma concentration. Our derived function equation can express the rabbit index decay time variation of blood concentration of instillation. The exponential decay 15min when the blood concentration reached the expected Ping level of 53% of the equivalent of constant infusion of 6 hours of blood concentration.
