我们近期遇到一家兄妹2人同期患脑胶质瘤的病例,报告如下。 兄,20岁。因头痛2月余,神志模糊7天,于1996年1月4日入院。头颅CT示:左额顶叶巨大占位病变,增强扫描明显强化,边界不清,周围水肿明显,中线向右移位。行左额颞顶开颅左额顶胶质瘤切除术,术中见左额顶部灰红色肿瘤,血供较丰富,边界不清,部分肿瘤呈胶冻样。术后病理报告:(左额顶)星形细胞瘤Ⅳ级。
We recently encountered a sibling 2 cases of glioma in patients with the same period, the report is as follows. Brother, 20 years old. Due to headache more than 2 months, 7 days ambiguity, admitted on January 4, 1996. Head CT showed: huge amount of left frontal parietal lesions, enhanced scan was significantly enhanced, the border is unclear, around the edema, the center line shift to the right. Left frontal and temporal craniotomy craniocerebrumctomy, see the top left gray-red tumors in the surgery, the blood supply is more abundant, the border is unclear, some tumors were jelly-like. Postoperative pathology report: (left frontal) astrocytoma grade Ⅳ.
