目的:优选运脾通便合剂提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率以及橙皮苷、白术内酯Ⅲ含量的综合评分为指标,在单因素试验基础上,选择提取时间、提取次数和液料比为自变量,采用Box-Benhnken响应面分析法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:运脾通便合剂最佳提取工艺条件为:提取3次、15倍溶剂、提取66min。此条件下综合评分预测值为1.20478,实测值为1.19840。结论:优选的提取工艺简便可行,预测性良好。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of Yunpi Tongbian mixture. Methods: The extraction rate, hesperidin, atractylenolide Ⅲ content of the comprehensive score as an indicator, on the basis of single factor test, select the extraction time, extraction times and liquid ratio as the independent variable, Box-Benhnken response surface Analytical method optimization of the best extraction process. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of Yunpi Tongbian mixture were as follows: extraction 3 times, 15 times solvent extraction 66min. Under this condition, the predicted value of comprehensive score was 1.20478 and the measured value was 1.19840. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is simple and feasible with good predictability.
