介绍履带起重机力矩限制器系统的应用发展现状,分析履带起重机力矩限制器系统的基本原理,指出履带起重机力矩限制器系统的关键技术。设计基于ARMCortex-M3内核的大吨位履带起重机力矩限制器系统。对硬件系统的设计、履带起重机力矩限制器非线性算法及应用软件系统的设计等进行了研究;对臂架系统的受力和非线性变形问题进行分析;提出二次曲线分析法,并对该方法进行了仿真论证与试验验证。二次曲线分析法是一种较实用的分析方法,能够较好地实时计算履带起重机的实际幅度和载荷,对履带起重机力矩限制器技术的发展有一定的指导作用。
This paper introduces the status quo of the application of crawler crane torque limiter system, analyzes the basic principle of crawler crane torque limiter system and points out the key technology of crawler crane torque limiter system. Torque Limiter System Design for Large Tonnage Crawler Crane Based on ARMCortex-M3 Core. The design of hardware system, the nonlinear algorithm of crawler crane torque limiter and the design of application software system are studied. The problems of force and nonlinear deformation of boom system are analyzed. The quadratic curve analysis method is proposed. The method is simulated and verified by experiments. The conic analysis method is a more practical analysis method, which can calculate the actual amplitude and load of crawler crane in real time and has certain guidance to the development of crawler crane torque limiter technology.
