以昆明某桩锚支护基坑工程为基础,建立桩锚支护结构与周围环境共同作用的分析模型,通过与实际监测数据对比,验证了模型的可靠性。在此基础上,探讨桩锚基坑邻近建筑物时二者的相互影响。研究结果表明,桩锚基坑邻近建筑物的基础形式对围护结构变形影响很大,浅基础时围护结构最大侧移为0.25%~0.53%H(H为基坑深度),最大值发生在坑顶;桩基础时最大值为0.23%~0.30%H,发生在0.6~0.8H深度范围内,二者相差较大。邻近建筑物基础形式为浅基础时,建筑物沉降是桩基条件下的3倍。因此桩锚基坑设计施工时应特别重视邻近浅基础建筑物的情况。
Based on the project of a pile anchor supporting foundation pit in Kunming, an analytical model of interaction between pile-anchor supporting structure and the surrounding environment is established. The reliability of the model is verified by comparison with the actual monitoring data. On this basis, the interaction between the two piles is discussed. The results show that the foundation form of the pile-anchor pit has a great influence on the deformation of the retaining structure. The maximum lateral displacement of the retaining structure is 0.25% -0.53% H (H is the depth of foundation pit) when the foundation is shallow, and the maximum value occurs At the top of the pit, the maximum value of pile foundation is 0.23% -0.30% H, occurring within the depth range of 0.6 ~ 0.8H, the difference between them is larger. When the foundation form of the adjacent building is a shallow foundation, the settlement of the building is 3 times that of the pile foundation. Therefore, when designing and constructing the pile foundation pit, special attention should be paid to the situation of the nearby shallow foundation buildings.
