膳食俗称饮食.我们在膳食中应该考虑到足够的营养成分,以满足人体的正常需要.食物不但是促进健康人的生长发育和维持生命的必须物质,而且对病人也有一定的治疗意义.人体对营养素的需要是多方面的,如蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、无机盐类、维生素和水.各种营养素又相互影响与补充.例如,醣摄入量多时,硫胺素需要量要相应增多.而当脂肪摄入量过少时,却会影响脂溶性维生素A及D的吸收.为了满足人体营养的多方面需要,必须尽量做到食物的合理搭配.
Diet is commonly known as diet.We should consider in the diet enough nutrients to meet the normal needs of the human body.Food is not only to promote the healthy growth and development of human life and the necessary material, but also has some therapeutic significance to the patient. There are many needs for nutrients, such as protein, fat, carbohydrates, inorganic salts, vitamins and water, and various nutrients interact and complement each other, for example, when sugar intake is high, the need for thiamine increases correspondingly. When fat intake is too small, it will affect the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A and D. In order to meet the various needs of human nutrition, we must try our best to make food reasonable.
