中职毕业的学生动手能力差,是目前用人单位普遍反映的问题。就我们学校会计专业的学生而言,目前的状况是:相当一部分学生会计理论成绩不错,但动手能力不行,到了工作岗位后,不能很快承担起相应的会计工作,不会建账,不会编报表,甚至一部分学生填制原始凭证都出错。这就是由于会计实训教学环节薄弱,学生没有受到很好训练的结果。这就要求我们会计专业的教师加强实践性教学环节的改革力度,提高学生的实践动手能力,对中职会计专业实训教学的改进做了一些探讨。
