一、心中的困惑开学了,我接了一个一年级新生班。由于我们这里是城乡结合地区,班内学生生源比较复杂,有来自上海的、江苏的、安徽的、河南的等等,家庭背景悬殊,所以学生的基础差异较大,如:行为习惯基础、拼音基础、识字基础、写字基础、口头表达能力等等。通过开学几天的学习活动,可以看出小朋友们离开幼儿园刚入学不久,对小学生活既有新鲜感,但又不习惯,因而一时难以适应。他们对学习有好奇感,但上课时注意力不集中
