目的:研究中药络石藤的微量化学成分。方法:采用聚酰胺,硅胶,Sephadex LH-20,ODS等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并通过分析波谱数据确定化学结构。结果:从络石藤中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为岩白菜素(1),柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),牛蒡子苷元-4’-O-β-龙胆二糖苷(3),罗汉松树脂酚-4’-O-β-龙胆二糖苷(4),紫花络石苷元(5),紫花络石苷(6),4-去甲基紫花络石苷元(7),木樨草素-7-O-β-龙胆二糖苷(8),牛蒡子苷(9),络石苷元-4’-O-β-龙胆二糖苷(10),木樨草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)。结论:化合物1,2为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the trace chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Polyamide, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS were used for separation and purification. The chemical structure was determined by analyzing the spectral data. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as bergenin (1), krelin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (2), arctigenin-4’-O (3), Podocarpol 4’-O-β-gentiobioside (4), purpurenidin (5), purocosin (6), 4- (8), arctigenin (9), and tropitosin-4’-O-β-gentiobioside (10) , Lohoxynin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (11). Conclusion: Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and compounds 3 to 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
