目前,职业院校教师的职业生涯规划管理显得极为迫切,主要原因在于:一些职业院校存在着教师素质良莠不齐、个别教师水平有限、个人理论教授能力和实践能力相差较大的现象,知识储备无法满足学生的社会需求,这就只能通过教师个人职业生涯管理,不断提升学习水平,克服自身的短板来解决。通过探索职业院校教师教育创新,对职业生涯进行有效管理,从而实现教学管理目标,达到学生满意、教师的价值得以体现的双赢局面。
