据外电报道,最近台湾各石化公司均计划增加对中国大陆的投资。 台湾南亚塑料公司和奇美公司决定在大陆建厂后,台湾最大的SBR(丁苯橡胶)和BR(丁二烯橡胶)厂商——台湾合成橡胶公司也决定与江苏省合资建一座SBR工厂。这家工厂估计总投资额为6000—8500万美元,年产10万吨丁苯橡胶(SBR)。台湾合成橡胶公司将投资2000—3000万美元。该项目建设期为2年,建成后70％的产品在中国大陆销售,其余用于出口。由于中国大陆是台湾石化业的主要市场,所以台湾合成橡胶公司和其它台湾公司非常重视在中国投资建厂。
According to foreign reports, all petrochemical companies in Taiwan have recently planned to increase investment in mainland China. After Taiwan South Asia Plastics Co. and Chi Mei Corporation decided to build a factory in mainland China, Taiwan’s largest SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) and BR (Butadiene Rubber) manufacturer, Taiwan Synthetic Rubber, decided to establish a joint venture with Jiangsu Province to build an SBR plant. The factory is estimated to have a total investment of US$60-85 million and an annual output of 100,000 tons of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR). Taiwan Synthetic Rubber will invest 20-30 million US dollars. The construction period of the project is 2 years. After completion, 70% of the products are sold in mainland China, and the rest are used for export. Since mainland China is the main market for the petrochemical industry in Taiwan, Taiwan Synthetic Rubber and other Taiwanese companies attach great importance to investing in factories in China.
