研究了基于单片机驱动SA4828芯片控制的鼓风机变频调速系统。对鼓风机变频调速系统的主电路、控制电路、保护电路进行分析。通过计算给出了主电路的整流、滤波、逆变器、IGBT驱动的芯片各个环节的参数。为了使系统具有高可靠性和安全性,给出了过电流和过电压保护电路,通过分析表明系统是可行的,为硬件电路的搭建奠定了基础。
The frequency control system of blower based on single chip microcomputer driver SA4828 chip is studied. Blower frequency control system of the main circuit, control circuit, protection circuit analysis. The parameters of rectifier, filter, inverter and IGBT-driven chips of the main circuit are given through calculation. In order to make the system highly reliable and safe, the over-current and over-voltage protection circuits are given. The analysis shows that the system is feasible and lays the foundation for the hardware circuit construction.
