实行中医院分级管理与医院评审是我国中医院管理体制上的一项重大改革,它标志着我国的中医院建设和医院管理工作步入一个新的阶段,开始走上了标准化、规范化的轨道,必将对中医院的质量管理和质量建设起到不可低估的作用。 1994年12月笔者参加了杭州市卫生局组织的中医院分级管理评审,根据《浙江省中医医院分级管理评审标准》(以下简称《省标》)对5所县区中医院实施了二级乙等、二级丙等医院的评审工作。通过评审,从某些侧面反映出县区中医院护理工作中存在的困难与问题,本文就评审中发现的问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策与建议。

In December 1994, the author participated in the classification management review of Chinese medicine hospitals organized by the Hangzhou Municipal Health Bureau. According to the “Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Grading Management Evaluation Standards” (hereinafter referred to as the “Provincial Standards”), the two county hospitals were implemented in Level 2 B. Etc., Second-grade C hospitals, etc. Through the review, the difficulties and problems in the nursing work of the county hospitals are reflected from certain aspects. This article analyzes the problems found in the assessment and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
