不知不觉间,我们已经进入了大数据时代。最早提出大数据时代到来的是全球知名咨询公司麦肯锡。正如麦肯锡所言,数据,已经渗透到当今每一个行业和业务职能领域,成为重要的生产因素。有人断言,未来的电商行业,必然是大数据的竞争。大数据在电商白热化的竞争中,正在发挥越来越重要的作用。这已经不是凭借低价、圈地运动就能获胜的战场,面对越来越多的竞争对手,电商掌舵人需要的是更精准的营销,更了解客户的需求、更好的处理客户关系。这一切,都离不开大数据的支撑。
Unconsciously, we have entered the big data era. The earliest proposed big data era is the arrival of the world-renowned consulting firm McKinsey. As McKinsey puts it, the data has infiltrated every area of the industry and business function today as an important production factor. Some people assert that the future electricity supplier industry will inevitably be big data competition. Big data is playing an increasingly important role in the intense competition among e-commerce providers. This is not the battlefield that can win with the low price and the enclosure. In the face of more and more competitors, the leaders of the e-commerce need more accurate marketing, better understand the needs of customers and better deal with customer relationships . All this is inseparable from the big data support.
