能源是四化建设的物质基础,我国能源政策是开发与节约并重,并且特别注意节能。我国能源的利用率较低,硅酸盐建筑制品厂能源利用率仅在25%以下,这类企业对能源合理使用和节能工作的任务是十分艰巨的。(一)蒸汽养护的热能消耗量建材制品厂的热能消耗主要是对制品的蒸汽养护。制品在养护过程中所消耗的热量多少,主要决定于制品本身的物理化学性能,同时与养护方式和操作管理也有密切关系。表1中列举了两种制品在养护中的热量
