以LabVIEW为开发平台,结合管材液压成形的技术特点,设计管材液压成形设备的测控系统。以工控机作为上位机,PLC作为下位机,通过OPC服务完成上下位机的通信,完成测控系统设计,实现了对液压成形设备的数据采集与控制、成形工艺曲线控制与显示和数据存储。实验表明,测控系统能完成预期的目标,采集到的数据与设定基本一致,成形过程稳定,得到壁厚均匀的零件。该方法具有良好的软件交互界面,工作可靠,可扩展性强等特点。
With LabVIEW as the development platform, combined with the technical characteristics of pipe hydroforming, design and measurement of pipe hydraulic forming equipment control system. IPC as the host computer, PLC as the next crew, through the OPC service to complete the communication between the upper and lower computer to complete the design of measurement and control system to achieve the hydraulic forming equipment data acquisition and control, forming process curve control and display and data storage. Experiments show that the measurement and control system can achieve the expected goal. The collected data are basically consistent with the setting, the forming process is stable, and the parts with uniform wall thickness are obtained. The method has a good software interface, reliable, scalable and so on.
