苏联某构件厂在钢筋混凝土板件浇制工艺中,采用了两种新型设备,即振动投料斗与构件表面压光机。两设备配合使用,可有效地提高生产效率和构件质量。振动料斗主要部件(图1)为:料斗框架,安装在框架上的倾斜料斗(其容积等于一个构件的用料量,一般为0.8~1.5立方米)及出料口开闭机构。动力出料与机动闸门是现代化混凝土料斗设计中的两个重要问题。靠重力出料及手动闸门的料斗不适于低流动性混凝土拌合物。故本设备采取振动出料及液压闸门方案。
In the Soviet Union a component factory in the casting process of reinforced concrete slabs, the use of two new types of equipment, namely the vibration hopper and the component surface calender. The use of two devices can effectively improve the production efficiency and component quality. The main components of the vibrating hopper (Fig. 1) are: hopper frame, inclined hopper mounted on the frame (its volume is equal to the amount of one component, typically 0.8 to 1.5 cubic meters) and the opening and closing mechanism of the discharge port. Power discharge and motorized gates are two important issues in the design of modern concrete hoppers. Gravity discharge and manual hoppers are not suitable for low flow concrete mixes. Therefore, this equipment adopts vibration discharge and hydraulic gate programs.
