建筑企业集团因组织形式相对复杂,财务管理工作也较为复杂。在市场经济的发展要求下,全面预算的财务管理手段已广泛运用到建筑企业集团中去。但是由于缺乏应用的经验,我省建筑企业集团在全面预算管理上仍存在很多问题。本文在对建筑企业集团全面预算管理存在问题分析的基础上,提出相应的对策,以完善建筑企业集团的全面预算管理体制,实现集团战略计划。
Construction enterprise groups because of the relatively complex form of organization, financial management is also more complicated. Under the requirement of the development of market economy, the financial budget of comprehensive budget has been widely applied to construction enterprise groups. However, due to the lack of application experience, our province construction enterprise group still has many problems in the overall budget management. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the comprehensive budget management of construction enterprise groups, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the overall budget management system of construction enterprise groups and realize the strategic plan of the group.
