对57例哮喘儿童及30例健康儿童作超声雾化蒸馏水(UNDW)激发试验与组织胺激发试验。结果:57例哮喘儿中UNDW激发试验53例阳性反应,30例正常儿吸入蒸馏水量均达30ml而不出现阳性反应,UNDW激发试验的特异性为100％,比组织胺激发(93％)为高;UNDW试验敏感性为93％,较组织胺试验(97％)低。但UNDW的重复性良好,操作简便,不需病儿密切配合,且无不良反应,故可取代组织胺激发试验。
Fifty-seven asthmatic children and 30 healthy children underwent ultrasonic atomized distilled water (UNDW) challenge test and histamine challenge test. Results: In 53 asthmatic children, 53 cases were positive for UNDW test, 30 ml of normal distilled water were positive in 30 asthmatic children without any positive reaction. The specificity of UNDW test was 100%, which was 93% High; UNDW test sensitivity of 93%, compared with the histamine test (97%). However, UNDW reproducibility is good, easy to operate, without sick children close cooperation, and no adverse reactions, it can replace histamine excitation test.
