我们对69例食管癌病人化疗前后进行了血液流变学检测,其中可评价者34例,发现病人血液流变学改变与临床疗效关系极为密切,现报告如下: 材料和方法 1.研究对象:34例中、晚期食管癌,男性25例,女性9例,其中鳞癌33例,未分化癌1例,年龄在26-72岁。 2.观察项目:检测治疗前后全血粘度,血浆粘度,红细胞沉降率,红细胞压积。 3.实验方法:清晨抽取病人空腹静脉血4ml,用肝素常规抗凝。血液粘度是在水温恒定于25℃条件下,用日产E-Ⅱ型血流仪,测定全血粘度和血浆粘
We conducted 69 cases of esophageal cancer patients before and after chemotherapy for hemorheology, including 34 evaluable patients, found that patients with hemorheological changes and clinical efficacy are closely related, are as follows: Materials and methods 1.
