我院炼铁教研组自1960年起即有同学及进修教师进行迁安精矿粉的造球试验和其产品性能的检查,现就所得结果作出初步总结。迁安铁矿含铁只有30％左右,通过磁选可以得到含铁60％以上的精矿粉。制造球团矿所用的石灰及石灰石均以龙泉雾含镁石灰石为原料。一、造球造球原料的化学成分及筛分组成见表1及表2。制造球团矿时一般用相当精矿粉重量5％的石灰做粘接剂,余则用石灰石粉配合造球,造成碱度0.5,0.7,1.0,1.2,1.5及2.0的生球,在管式电炉中风1150℃、1180℃、1200℃、1250℃、1280℃及1300℃焙烧固结。
