微量铝的测定,通常采用铬天青S(CAS)分光光度法,近年来提出以季胺盐为增溶剂的胶束增溶分光光度法,可以提高方法的灵敏度和重视性,实验条件大为改善。以溴代十四烷基吡啶(TPB)为增溶剂具有在室温低时不析出沉淀的优点。CAS-TPB法测定金属镍中微量铝,已作为标准方法列入YB128-75镍化学分析方法中。但对基体镍还需萃取分离。我们用氟化铵将试验体系褪色后作参比,消除有色离子镍的干扰,实现了直接测定。
Determination of trace aluminum, usually using chrome azure S (CAS) spectrophotometry, in recent years proposed quaternary ammonium salt as solubilizer micellar solubilization spectrophotometry, can increase the sensitivity and importance of the method, the experimental conditions were improve. The use of bromotetradecyl bromide (TPB) as solubilizer has the advantage of not precipitating at room temperature. CAS-TPB method for the determination of trace nickel in metallic nickel has been included as a standard method YB128-75 nickel chemical analysis method. However, the matrix of nickel needs to be extracted and separated. We use ammonium fluoride fade test system as a reference to eliminate the interference of colored nickel ions to achieve a direct determination.
