春秋时期我国著名的教育家孔子就提出了“因材施教”的教育理念,纵观近年来各类教学实践的改革,促进个性化发展的呼声也越来越高,而初中语文作为语文基础教育的一个重要衔接点,在提高学生语言素质扎实学生语言功底等方面都起着不可忽视的作用,所以推进初中语文的个性化教学是当今素质教育的一大重要任务。根据当前语文个性化教学的现状,分析个性化教学推进的必要性并对个性化教学的实施过程提出建议。

According to the current situation of individualized teaching in Chinese, it analyzes the necessity of individualized teaching and puts forward suggestions on the implementation of personalized teaching.
