In the classroom teaching, if we can take the opportunity and use the psychological encouragement according to the psychological characteristics of the students, we will be able to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to the maximum extent and fully tap the potentials of the students so as to help them master the learning content and improve the teaching quality.
