本文分析了当前核工业对矿物资源工程专业人才需求的特点,对南华大学矿物资源工程专业本科培养模式进行了改革研究,制定了专业加方向培养的“3+2+3递进教学”的新培养模式和公共基础课+专业基础课+方向模块课的课程体系,并从课程建设、特色教材建设、实验室与实习基地建设、实验(实践)教学改革、科研与教学紧密结合等方面讨论了新培养模式实施的主要措施。
