目的通过对支配眼轮匝肌的神经上的神经电信号(ENG)的分析,监控眼轮匝肌的功能状态。方法通过植入狗面神经颧支周围的cuff电极,在体记录神经电信号。分析眼轮匝肌处于舒张状态与收缩状态时ENG的差异性,以找出监控眼轮匝肌功能状态的方法。结果研究中我们提取到了能反映眨眼动作发生的ENG,经时、频域分析显示,眼轮匝肌处于舒张状态时,无论这种舒张状态是处于自然睁眼期间,还是处于眨眼动作的间期,其支配神经上的神经信号是一致的;而当眼轮匝肌处于收缩状态时,其神经信号幅值和频率都明显不同于舒张状态。结论可以通过对ENG的分析来监测眼轮匝肌的功能状态。
Objective To monitor the functional status of orbicularis oculi muscle by analyzing the nerve electrical signals (ENG) that dominate the orbicularis oculi muscle. Methods Implantation of cuff electrodes around the zygomatic branch of dog facial nerve recorded electrical signals in the body. Analyze the difference of ENG in the orbicularis muscle between the diastolic and the contractile state to find out the method to monitor the functional state of orbicularis muscle. Results In the study, we extracted the ENG which can reflect the blinking action. Time-frequency and frequency-domain analysis showed that when the orbicularis oculi muscle is in the state of relaxation, whether this diastole is in the natural open-eye or in the blink-eye , Which dominate the nerve signals on the nerve is consistent; and when the orbicularis muscle in contraction state, the nerve signal amplitude and frequency are significantly different from the diastolic state. Conclusion The functional status of orbicularis oculi muscle can be monitored by analyzing ENG.
