通过对宁夏科技规划优先主题立项及执行情况进行评价后显示,规划所确定的优先主题得到了较好的执行和体现,在推动宁夏科技进步方面发挥了有效的指导作用。但在科技投入有限的情况下,如何科学的选择和确定科技规划优先主题仍是今后宁夏科技规划编制及执行中需要加以关注和解决的问题。 After evaluating the establishment and implementation of the priority theme of science and technology planning in Ningxia, the priority themes identified in the plan have been well implemented and reflected, and have played an effective guiding role in promoting scientific and technological progress in Ningxia. However, under the circumstance of limited investment in science and technology, how to select and prioritize science and technology planning priorities in science and technology is still a problem that needs to be paid attention to and solved in the future preparation and implementation of science and technology planning in Ningxia.
