实施“一带一路”战略为中国石油装备制造业务发展带来了新机遇。通过对中国石油海外装备制造业务进行SWOT分析,优化业务价值链系统,提出中国石油装备制造企业应通过信息化手段统筹资源,控制成本,开发客户资源,加强风险管理,实现企业价值增值。
The implementation of the “Belt and Road Initiative” has brought new opportunities for the development of China’s petroleum equipment manufacturing business. Through SWOT analysis of PetroChina’s overseas equipment manufacturing business and optimization of the business value chain system, it is suggested that China petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises should make use of information means to co-ordinate resources, control costs, develop customer resources, strengthen risk management and realize value-added of enterprises.
