近年来,随着商品经济的不断发展,合同作为商品经济发展的产物,引起越来越多人的关注。纵观我国目前企业的发展,企业之间的经济往来都是以合同作为主要形式,因此,一个企业能否持续的发展在一定程度上与该企业对合同的管理程度是密切相关的。石化企业作为我国经济社会发展的重要支柱性产业,其企业的合同管理受到了国家和有关部门的高度重视。本文针对我国石化企业目前的发展状况进行了详细的分析,并对石化企业合同管理中存在的问题提出了解决方法,希望能促进我国石化企业的可持续发展,进一步为我国经济社会的发展提供动力。
In recent years, with the continuous development of commodity economy, contracts have drawn more and more attention as a product of the development of commodity economy. Throughout our country’s current business development, the economic exchanges between enterprises are based on the contract as the main form, therefore, the sustainable development of a business to a certain extent and the management of the contract is closely related to the degree. As an important pillar industry in China’s economic and social development, the petrochemical enterprises have drawn much attention from the state and relevant departments for the contract management of their enterprises. This article analyzes the current development status of petrochemical enterprises in our country, and puts forward some solutions to the problems existing in the contract management of petrochemical enterprises in the hope of promoting the sustainable development of petrochemical enterprises in our country and further providing impetus to the economic and social development of our country .
