网络团购作为一种新型网络购物的模式在电子商务领域被广泛推广,尤其是青年人特别热衷于此种购物模式。作为网络中的新鲜事物,网络团购从诞生就引起大家热议,众多说法褒贬不一。在法律层面中,网络团购问题没有直接、明确的法律规范来调整,因而在相对复杂的网络团购法律关系中往往会出现各种各样的法律纠纷。本文将法律同网络团购实践相结合,试对网络团购这一电子商务中的新型买卖模式进行阐述,以达到明晰法理之目的。
As a new model of online shopping, online shopping is widely promoted in the field of e-commerce. Especially, young people are particularly keen on such shopping mode. As a new thing in the network, online group buy from the birth of everyone hot, many comments mixed. In the legal aspect, there is no direct and clear legal norms to regulate online buy-out. Therefore, various legal disputes often appear in the relatively complicated legal relationship of online buy-out. This article combines the law with the practice of online buy, try to network buy this e-commerce in the new mode of sale described in order to achieve the purpose of clarifying jurisprudence.
