目的尝试将基于循证构建的中暑标准急救流程及检核表应用于基层卫生士官以验证其培训效果,旨在探求一种适合军队高效的培训方案.方法2016年5-7月,采用便利抽样方法,抽取某校参加初晋中卫生士官任职教育培训的学员80名,分为A组传统教材自学组、B组标准急救流程及检核表自学组、C组标准急救流程及检核表讨论组,进行前瞻性,单盲,前后重复测量的随机对照实验.结果基线测量结果显示各组差异不显著,A组教材自学干预无效(P>0.05),C组标准急救流程及检核表讨论法干预有效(P0.05) was shown among the inter-groups before the intervention according to the baseline measurement data. However, the difference of both intragroup and intergroup after adopting the Standard Operation Procedure and Checklist as the intervention method was significant (P<0.05), which means that Standard Operation Procedure and Checklist plays an important role in improving medical staffs’recognition and understanding on heat stroke treating. Conclusions The concise and well-understandable Standard Operation Procedure and Checklist are beneficial to improving the current less satisfying treatment level and updating the delayed treatment concept for the military medical staff, which suggests a further application in the troops.
