煤炭企业在人力资源管理中往往注重常规管理,即招聘、培训、绩效考核等,而对于从企业思想文化相融合的角度创新人力资源管理模式则较少重视。由此,人力资源管理若能与思想文化的时代品质相契合,则将提升管理工作的效果。在措施构建上可围绕着重塑人力资源管理目的、创新人力资源管理手段、构建人力资源管理指标等方面来进行。
In the management of human resources, coal enterprises tend to pay attention to routine management, that is, recruitment, training and performance appraisal. However, they pay less attention to the innovation of human resource management mode from the perspective of the integration of enterprise ideology and culture. As a result, if human resources management and ideological and cultural quality of the times fit, it will enhance the effectiveness of management. Measures can be built around the reshaping of human resource management purposes, innovating human resources management tools, building human resources management indicators and so on.
