“上农香糯”是上海农学院农学系讲师赵则胜、黄德琍与农民技术员徐进和、沈鸿敏合作,自1981~1984年从青浦香粳糯群体中选育而成的高产优质糯稻新品系。 1984年,株选试种5亩,单季单产800余斤,后季单产700余斤。85年该院与崇明竖河乡合作扩种“上农香糯”50亩,新谷登场平均亩产达800斤,比“青浦香粳糯”产量高2~3倍。“上农香糯”株高适中、茎杆硬、不易倒伏,根系发达、耐肥性好,耐寒性比崇明当家糯683强。叶片挺直,叶色浓绿,主穗粒数单季稻80粒左右,最高一穗达151粒,千粒重27克左右。对“上农香糯”的品质指标及营养成分测定:支链淀粉85.39%、脂类2.752%、粗蛋白8.23%、赖氨酸0.343%、苏氨
Shangnongxiangnuo is a new line of high-yielding and high-quality glutinous rice cultivated from 1981 to 1984 in Qingya fragrant japonica glutinous rice group by collaborators Zhao Zesheng and Huang Deyong, lecturers of agronomy department of Shanghai Agricultural College. They cooperated with peasant technicians Xu Jinhe and Shen Hongmin. In 1984, five kinds of plants were planted and tested, with a yield of more than 800 tons in single season and a yield of more than 700 tons in the latter part of the year. In 1985, the hospital cooperated with Chonghe Vertical River Township to expand the planting area of “Shangnongxiangnuo” to 50mu. In the new valley, the average mu yield reached 800kg, which was 2-3 times higher than that of “Qingpu Xiangjingnuo”. “Shangnongxiangnuo” moderate height, stalk hard, easy to lodging, developed root system, good resistance to fertility, cold resistance than Chongming waxy 683. Leaves upright, dark green leaves, the main spike grain number about 80 single-season rice, up to 151 spike, grain weight about 27 grams.
