辽宁煤矿建设局建井一处在大桥立井施工中,开始对松软岩层地压规律认识不足,建井进度缓慢,且外壁经常来压开裂。通过实践总结,逐渐掌握了软岩地压规律,改变了施工方法及井壁结构形式,从而加快了主、副、风井的建井速度,提高了工程质量。如主井注浆封水后,于1981年2月开始在松软岩层基岩施工,经过9.92个月完成立井井筒353.2米及两个水平马头门预留19米,各项经济指标完成较理想:平均月成井35.6米;最高月成井51.5米;掘进效率3.01米~3/工;砌壁效率0.69米~3/工;每米井筒成本4323元;工程优良品率占89%;全员劳动生产率1~11月为3143元(要求2937元)。
