研究了钢结硬质合金变形过程中显微组织及性能随变形程度的变化规律。结果表明:模锻适合加工钢结硬质合金,它可以优化组织,弥补了自由锻造中诸多不足,提高锻造效率和成品率。
The variation regularity of microstructure and properties with the degree of deformation in the deformation process of steel-bonded cemented carbide was studied. The results show that die forging is suitable for the processing of steel bonded cemented carbide, which can optimize the organization, make up for the lack of free forging, improve the forging efficiency and yield.
