炼厂延迟焦化加热炉的炉管,材质为Cr5Mo,规格φ102×10mm,启用日期69年10月,至今已运行十二万小时。管内介质为减压渣油,渣油进口温度约400℃,出口温度为510℃,最高炉管外壁温度在操作中接近650℃,在烧焦过程中短期内可达到700℃以上,管内压力为35kg/cm~2。在1983年底检修试压中,发现炉内第21号炉管外表面有局部断裂,出现渗漏。为此我们取样作了失效分析。一、宏观检查将炉管断裂处解剖后,发现内外壁均有较厚的氧化皮,内壁氧化皮厚约2.0~3.5
