山区铁路严寒地区,每到冬季线路发生冻害,线路变形,严重威胁着行车安全,并给日常维修带来很大困难,人力物力浪费很大。如我段京原线K175~K205,K212~K234区间,每年冬季1、2月份开始,线路上出现冻害近七、八百起。冻起高度最大150mm左右,一般的到次年的3、4月份冻害才能回落。这段时间,线路变形变化很大,线路成了波浪形。为了保证行车安全,不得不打乱工区的正常维修,从1、2月份到次年4月份,迫使80%以上劳力全部投入整治冻害,年年如此。如何减少冻害,消灭冻害是工务急待解决的一项重要工作。
In the cold area of mountainous railroad, freezing frost damage and line deformation occur in every winter line, which seriously threaten traffic safety and bring great difficulties to routine maintenance. As a result, manpower and material resources are wasted greatly. As I paragraph Jingyuan line K175 ~ K205, K212 ~ K234 range, each winter in January and February, the line appeared frost damage nearly seven or eight hundred.
