目前,整体辗钢轮已普遍采用。由于它的制造工艺比较复杂,尤其冶炼、轧制、热处理等生产环节,对车轮制造质量影响很大。根据对车轮运用损坏的分析,冶炼、轧制缺陷及热处理不当是造成车轮裂损的主要原因,严重的制造缺陷将导致运用中车轮发生整体崩裂,造成灾难性的后果。所以,各国都十分重视对车轮制造质量的检验,而检验的重点都放在那些受制造工艺影响较大且在运用中最容易发生裂损的轮辋、辐板上。根据我国整体辗钢轮运用的实际情况和铁路运输发展要求,提高车轮制造质量的检验水
