目的:分析鉴定抗病毒口服液中挥发性成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从抗病毒口服液及其处方药材中提取挥发油,GC-MS法鉴定挥发油类成分。结果:抗病毒口服液中共检出28个色谱峰,鉴定22个化合物,并对其进行归属,占挥发油总量的93.51%,其中含量最高的是4-松油醇,约占总量的42.03%。结论:首次建立GC-MS法鉴定抗病毒口服液中挥发性成分,方法简便、快速、准确,为该制剂的质量控制提供依据。
Objective: To analyze and identify the volatile components of antivirus oral liquid. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from anti-viral oral liquid and its prescription herbs by steam distillation, and volatile oil components were identified by GC-MS. Results: A total of 28 peaks were detected in the anti-viral oral solution, 22 compounds were identified and assigned to them, accounting for 93.51% of the total volatile oil. Among them, the highest content was 4-terpineol, accounting for 42.03% of the total %. Conclusion: The first time to establish the GC-MS method to identify the volatile components of antiviral oral liquid, the method is simple, rapid and accurate, providing the basis for the quality control of the preparation.
