目的:应用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)探讨脑转移瘤患者手运动区(motorhandrepresentationarea熏HRA)的结构和功能变化特征。方法:11例毗邻HRA的脑转移瘤患者行fMRI检查,分析活动区的结构变化,测量病灶同侧活动指数(IAI)及信号强度上升百分率(SIRP)。结果:所有病例均有中央沟变形、伸长和移位,HRA呈分散或局限变形。10例IAI<1,病灶侧SIRP较健侧低;1例右利手IAI>1,SIRP较健侧高。结论:fMRI可对脑转移瘤的HRA进行定位、定量研究,为临床提供一种无侵袭的评估手段。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the structural and functional changes of motor hand representation (HRA) in patients with brain metastases by using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Methods: Eleven patients with metastatic brain tumor adjacent to HRA underwent fMRI. The structural changes of the active area were analyzed. The ipsilateral index of motion (IAI) and percentage of signal intensity (SIRP) were measured. Results: Deformity, elongation and displacement of the central sulcus were observed in all the cases. HRA showed distorted or localized deformation. 10 cases of IAI <1, lesion side SIRP lower than the healthy side; right anterior hand IAI> 1, SIRP higher than the healthy side. Conclusion: fMRI can locate and quantitatively study HRA in brain metastases, providing a noninvasive method for clinical evaluation.
