本文以服复方炔雌醚妇女和停药后出生儿童外周血淋巴细胞的及动物胚胎染毒后肝脏淋巴细胞的SCE、动物胚胎毒性和致畸胎等指标进行了遗传安全性研究。结果表明,复方炔雌醚对胚胎敏感期具有明显的毒性,但不致畸。高剂量可致胚胎体细胞DNA初级结构损伤,但服用临床剂量8年以上和停药一年内出生儿童的体细胞不构成潜在的细胞遗传学危害。
In this paper, we investigated the genetic safety of compound ethinyl estradiol in women and peripheral blood lymphocytes of children born after withdrawal and SCE, embryonic toxicity and teratogenicity of liver lymphocytes after being infected by animal embryos. The results showed that compound ethynylestradiol sensitive to the embryo has obvious toxicity, but not teratogenic. High doses can cause damage to primary structural DNA of somatic embryos, but somatic cells that have been administered over 8 years in clinical doses and born within one year of withdrawal do not constitute a potential cytogenetic hazard.
